5. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellations

• Subscription Plans: Premium features (such as multi-channel limits, custom approval workflows, and advanced analytics) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis according to the selected tier.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing management portal. Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refund Policy: Unless required by applicable consumer protection laws, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
